$450.00 - 0 – 2000 square feet

$500.00 - 2001 – 3000 square feet

The inspection fee increases $50.00 per every 1,000 square feet above 3,000. Prices also increase the farther from Blount County we are required to drive. Please contact us for an exact price quote.

Additional fees apply for unfinished basement space, out buildings over 200 square feet and pool and/or spa inspections.

Termite/WDO

$125.00 (includes completed NPMA-33 Wood Destroying Insect Inspection Form)

$100.00 if bundled with Buyers Inspection/Pre-listing Inspections.

Radon

$250.00 (48-hour Continuous Monitor Test)

$225.00 if bundled with Buyers Inspection/Pre-listing Inspections.

Mold

$400 includes 4 samples, Two outdoor air, one indoor air, one indoor surface. Additional samples are $50 each. Price is negotiable if number of initial samples are eliminated but not recommend per the IAC2 Procedure.
