Who We are

Kris Kinder is the owner of Dominion Home Inspections and Pest Control, serving homeowners throughout East Tennessee. With a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering and more than 30 years of experience in engineering, construction, pest management, and environmental compliance, he brings a systematic, problem-solving approach to every inspection and pest control service.

As a Tennessee-licensed and bonded pest control professional, Mr. Kinder is qualified to provide Wood-Destroying Organism (WDO) inspections, termite treatments and environmentally sustanable pest management. He is also an FAA-certified commercial drone pilot who uses advanced technology, including drone imaging and thermal imaging, to provide thorough property evaluations when appropriate.

Unlike many national companies, every inspection and treatment is personally performed by the owner. Dominion is committed to honest recommendations, effective science based solutions, and exceptional customer service, helping homeowners protect one of their most valuable investments.
